    Faradays law of Electrolysis

First faraday’s law, it states that

‘’the mass of a substance liberated at an electrode during electrolysis is directly proportional to the quantity of electricity passed to the quantity of electricity passed.’’ M α Q

Second faraday, law it states that

‘’When the same quantity of electricity is passed through different electrolytes the mass of the substances liberated at the substances liberated at the electrodes are directly proportional to their chemical equivalents.’’
    That is,M1 / M2 = E1 / E2
